Former Police Chief Superintendent with more than 30 years of successful career in the area of security and investigations with specific reference to transnational organised crime.

Vast proven experience, not only in the areas of security operational planning, but also in the management of complex security crises, leading multidisciplinary teams in different countries of the world in the frame of counterterrorism and organised crime investigations.

Former Specialized Regional Officer at INTERPOL working at the INTERPOL Regional Office for South America in Buenos Aires (Argentina) and Project Manager for the counter terrorism project coded "AMAZON", he develop an important network of intelligence and law enforcement contacs among the different counter terrorism and CID departments of latin america, enhancing the sharing of information on criminal and terrorism matters, and providing investigative support and advisory in the frame of major investigations.

Graduated from the Police Academy of the Argentina Federal Police, (Instituto Superior de la Policía Federal Argentina), he also conducted studies at the Spanish National Police Academy in Avila (Spain), and the National Defense School of the Ministry of Defense of Argentina in Buenos Aires.

He is now consultant in security matters of different corporations and international organisations and individuals in Latin America
