German national Michael Willrich is an accomplished security and operations executive with over two decades of international experience in strategic security planning, global risk management, and executive protection. He has led complex security operations for multinational organisations, high-profile sporting events, and corporate mobility programmes across jurisdictions.

During his tenure as Head of Security & Corporate Transport at FIFA, Michael was responsible for developing and managing global safety frameworks, travel risk assessments, and secure logistics for senior leadership.

Previously, as Managing Director of R.A.D Security AG, he directed comprehensive protective operations for the Formula 1 Paddock Club,elite executive events, and international concert tours across Europe.

He also served as a security consultant for UEFA EURO 2008 and EURO 2012, where he was responsible for multi-stakeholder coordination, venue security, and crisis response planning in volatile environments.

Mr. Willrich brings a holistic understanding of physical security, executive transport logistics, and event operations, paired with practical expertise in crowd safety management and incident response leadership.

He holds a B.A. from Buckinghamshire New University.
