Protective Intelligence Network  participation at Terrorism Analysis Training Course (TATC) at RSIS, Nanyang Technological University in Singapore

In February 2018, Protective Intelligence Network (PIN) trainers delivered one day lectures & training in the frame of the renown Terrorism Analysis Training Course (TATC), organised by the International Centre for Political Violence and Terrorism Research (ICPVTR) and hold at the S. Rajaratnam School of. International Studies (RSIS), Nanyang Technological. University of Singapore.

TATC seeks to bring together analysts and scholars on terrorism and security. In addition to exploring new frontiers in counter-terrorism research, analyses and practice, ICPVTR organises this course aiming to maintain and improve the professional competence and development of counter-terrorism and intelligence analysts.

In the occasion, the course delivered by PIN offered an overview of the latest use of information technology by criminals and terrorists, and provided insights of OSINT and SOCMINT activities in criminal investigations.

The day followed with a table top exercise simulating a counter terrorism investigation. Participants formed joint investigation teams and were called to develop a complex international investigation.

2018 is the 5 consecutive year that PIN trainers take part to this international event.
