For over eight months, our team prepared to deliver a comprehensive intelligence framework tailored to the complexity and scale of one of the world’s most-watched live events.

With a viewership of over 158 million across the globe, Eurovision is not only a celebration of music and culture but also a high-profile environment requiring heightened vigilance and precise threat mitigation — especially in the current geopolitical context marked by increased polarisation, activism, and transnational risks.

Our deployment during the event included an on-site presence in Basel and the activation of two strategic SOCMINT (Social Media Intelligence) desks in London and Singapore. This international setup enabled us to conduct multilingual monitoring, facilitate liaison with law enforcement partners, and support the identification and profiling of bad actors across multiple jurisdictions.

Working in close coordination with security stakeholders and event organizers, including the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) and Swiss national Broadcsting Corporation SRG SSR, our team ensured real-time analysis, risk reporting, and rapid-response insights throughout the contest.
